WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ABOUT AN ORDER?

While our meals have been preserved so that they stay fresh at ambient temperature for months, they are still food products and remain as perishable goods. Due to the health and safety concerns that must be taken into consideration when dealing with any perishable food goods such as those we sell, we are unable to offer returns, refunds or exchanges for any items which you have changed your mind about.

If, however, you change your mind about an order before it has been processed and dispatched by us, you should email us as soon as possible at admin@simranz.co.uk, giving details of which dish or dishes you would like to swap from and to. We will always do our best to accommodate you, however, we cannot guarantee that this will be possible, so you should only continue to use our Service if you agree to
be bound by these terms.

WHAT IF THE PRODUCTS I HAVE RECEIVED ARE DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

In the highly unlikely event that you should receive an item which has any visible signs of damage (such as rips or tears to the product packaging), we will rectify the issue by providing a like for like exchange, or a refund as per your request. Please note that exchanges are available based on and subject to stock levels at the time at which you notify us, and if we are unable to offer a like for like exchange then we will do our best to offer a suitable alternative. This means that, for example, should you request an exchange and we are unable to provide one due to current stock levels, we will offer you an alternative dish. If you are unhappy with the alternative that we offer, we will of course refund you for the original faulty good or goods.

Regardless of whether you opt for a refund or an exchange, we would kindly request that you send us a photo of the damages to admin@simranz.co.uk for our records, and we may then send you a returns envelope so that you can post the damaged goods back to us for further investigation, the cost of which would be borne by us.

WILL THE RETURNS POLICY CHANGE?

We reserve the right to change the contents of our Returns Policy at any time, without prior notice. As such, it is your responsibility to check this webpage to ensure you stay up to date with the most recent and relevant information.
